These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern all website usage, online orders, and distance sales contracts concluded between Igne Furniture (hereinafter “Seller”) and website users / purchasing customers (hereinafter “Buyer”). This document is fully compliant with the Polish Consumer Rights Act, EU Consumer Rights Directive, and Polish e-commerce electronic service regulations. By browsing our website, placing orders, and completing purchases, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these binding Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users accessing the Igne Furniture official website, including browsers, registered users, and paying customers. They cover all product browsing, consultation, order placement, payment, delivery, after-sales, return, refund and warranty services. Any conflicting customer terms and conditions shall not be valid unless explicitly confirmed in writing by our official team.

3. Conclusion of Sales Contract

All product displays, descriptions and prices on the website serve as non-binding promotional catalogues and do not constitute a legally binding offer. A valid sales contract is officially concluded only after the customer completes full payment and the system automatically sends an official order confirmation email to the customer’s reserved email address.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel abnormal orders, including but not limited to incorrect pricing caused by system errors, false customer information, suspected fraudulent transactions, out-of-stock products, and malicious bulk orders, in accordance with Polish e-commerce regulations.

4. Product Information & Pricing Rules

All product parameters, pictures, sizes and descriptions on the website are for reference only. Slight visual differences caused by natural wood texture, lighting, shooting angle, screen resolution and manual production processes do not constitute product defects or non-compliance issues.

All displayed prices are final prices including statutory Polish VAT. No hidden fees, handling fees, packaging fees or additional logistics surcharges will be charged during payment and delivery processes. In case of obvious system pricing errors, we have the right to correct prices or cancel abnormal orders even after payment confirmation.

5. Payment Regulations

Customers shall complete full payment via our official authorized payment channels before product shipment. All payment transactions comply with EU PSD2 payment directives and Polish financial supervision regulations. We do not store any sensitive bank card and payment data; all transaction data is processed and protected by EU-certified third-party payment providers.

Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after system timeout. We reserve the right to suspend order processing for repeated payment failures or abnormal payment behaviors.

6. Delivery & Shipping Terms

We deliver products to the valid shipping address confirmed in your order. All delivery timeframes are reference values and do not constitute legally binding deadlines. Slight delays caused by logistics peak periods, weather conditions, carrier scheduling, customs inspection or force majeure events are not deemed as contract breach.

Customers shall verify the accuracy of the shipping address and contact information. Delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information, unreachable contact or unclaimed parcels shall be borne by the customer. The risk of product loss and damage transfers to the customer upon completion of delivery or handover to the logistics carrier.

7. Statutory 14-Day Withdrawal & Return Right

In accordance with thePolish Consumer Rights Act and EU consumer protection directives, consumers enjoy an unconditional 14-calendar-day cooling-off period to withdraw from the sales contract and return goods without providing any reason. The cooling-off period starts from the date the customer or a third party obtains physical possession of the goods.

Detailed return, refund and cancellation procedures, eligibility conditions and shipping cost rules are specified in our independent Return and Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy, which are fully incorporated into these Terms.

8. Title Retention Clause

All delivered products remain the legal property of Igne Furniture until the customer completes full payment settlement. Before full payment, customers are not allowed to resell, lease, mortgage, disassemble or commercially dispose of the products without our written authorization.

9. Warranty & After-Sales Liability

All products sold by our store enjoy the 2-year statutory warranty period stipulated by Polish consumer law. Within the warranty period, for quality and structural defects occurring under normal household use, we provide free repair, replacement or refund services in accordance with legal provisions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, artificial collision, unauthorized modification, improper use, and normal wear and tear of consumable parts.

10. User Obligations & Prohibited Behaviors

When using our website and services, users shall abide by Polish laws and EU regulations, and shall not engage in the following behaviors:

Maliciously placing bulk orders, refusing normal delivery, or abusing statutory return rights repeatedly

We shall not be liable for indirect losses, profit losses and incidental damages caused by customer improper operation, third-party reasons or force majeure events.

The latest version will be published on the official website with an updated effective date. Continued use of website services after updates constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Severability Clause

If any single clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to legal revisions or judicial judgment, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all resulting sales disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Poland. The competent jurisdiction for all disputes is the local court corresponding to the store’s registered address.
