1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As an online consumer, you have the unconditional statutory right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the ordered goods.
To exercise your return right, you must submit a clear return request via our official email within the 14-day deadline. After receiving your withdrawal notice, you will have additional time to send back the goods in accordance with Polish e-commerce regulations.

2. Valid Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, returned products must meet the following requirements:
  • The item is unused, unassembled, unmodified, clean, and free of scratches, stains, or artificial damage
  • All original packaging, accessories, spare parts, manuals, and components are fully complete
  • The product is in resalable condition and suitable for regular commercial resale
We will inspect all returned items upon receipt. If the product is damaged, incomplete, or unsellable due to customer handling, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct corresponding compensation fees.

5. Shipping Cost Rules (Polish Standard)

  • Seller’s responsibility: If items are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered, we will bear the return shipping cost and process a full refund.
  • Customer’s responsibility: For voluntary returns within the 14-day period for personal preference reasons, the customer shall bear the return shipping fees.
  • Only the cost of the standard cheapest delivery method offered by our store is covered in mandatory refunds according to Polish law.

6. Refund Processing Rules & Timeframe

All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the order. No third-party receiving accounts are allowed for security reasons.
  • We will confirm return inspection results within 3–5 working days after receiving your parcel
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 14 calendar days (legal requirement in Poland)
  • Fund arrival time ranges from 3–10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing speed

7. Product Warranty & Complaints

All products sold by aleksyart enjoy the2-year statutory warranty required by Polish consumer law. Within the warranty period, if quality or structural defects occur under normal household use, customers are entitled to free repair, replacement, or refund services.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal consumable wear.
