We cooperate with verified, professional European logistics carriers to ensure safe, traceable, and standardized furniture transportation. Certain remote areas, islands, or restricted zones may be excluded or require additional delivery surcharges, which will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Les commandes supérieures ou égales à 410zł sont expédiées gratuitement.
Pour les commandes inférieures à 410zł, les frais de livraison s’élèvent à 40zł.
Le délai de traitement des commandes est de 1 à 3 jours ouvrables. En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, nous vous en informerons rapidement.
Le délai estimé pour la livraison est de 3 à 6 jours ouvrables après expédition. Le délai réel peut varier en fonction du transporteur, des conditions météorologiques ou d’autres facteurs indépendants de notre volonté.

All shipping costs are fully displayed on the product page and during the checkout process in accordance with Polish consumer transparency laws. No hidden fees, surcharges, or unexpected handling costs will be charged after payment.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Notification

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmed logistics tracking number and delivery details to your registered email address. You can monitor real-time delivery status via the official carrier tracking system throughout the entire transportation process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, postal code, and contact phone number are accurate and complete to avoid delivery failure, return, or delay.

6. Goods Inspection & Risk Transfer

In accordance with Polish commercial law, the risk of loss or damage of goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery or handover to the logistics carrier.
Customers must inspect package integrity and product condition immediately after receiving the goods. Any visible damage, scratches, missing parts, or transportation defects must be reported to our customer service with photographic evidence within 48 hours after delivery. Late claims for external damage will not be accepted.

7. Failed Delivery & Customer Liable Costs

The following situations are deemed customer-caused delivery failure, and the customer shall bear all resulting return shipping fees and related losses:

  • Unreachable contact information causing delivery suspension or return
  • Unreasonable refusal to sign for intact and qualified goods
  • Long-term unclaimed parcels resulting in automatic carrier return

8. Force Majeure & Delivery Delay

Igne Furniture is not liable for delivery delays, service suspension, or non-delivery caused by objective uncontrollable factors, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government traffic or policy restrictions, logistics system failures, epidemic control measures, and other force majeure events. We will actively update order progress and arrange subsequent processing as soon as the situation recovers.

9. Shipping Rules for Returns & Exchanges

  • Seller’s liability: For defective products, wrong items, or delivery errors caused by our team, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange official return logistics.
  • Customer’s liability: For voluntary returns within the 14-day cooling-off period due to personal preference, the customer shall bear all return shipping fees in accordance with Polish consumer law.
